Roadside is the core of what RDZ does. When a rig stops moving, the clock starts on the load, the driver's hours, and the customer's appointment — so the useful thing is not sympathy, it is a technician with the tools to fix it, headed your way.
The common calls are jump starts and charging faults, air-system leaks that drop the brakes, fuel-system faults (filters, lines, air in the system), and getting a dead unit safely off the travel lane. Most of these we finish on site. If it needs a shop, we'll tell you.
Every call starts the same way: what is your mile marker, what is the truck doing, and is it safe where you are. Safety first, then diagnosis, then the fix.
Diagnosis is part of that, not a separate product. If a fault code or a warning light is what stopped you, the technician reads the system on site as part of working the call.

How fast do you respond?
Near Pharr, often under an hour. Farther out (Brownsville, Port Isabel, Falfurrias) takes longer, and we tell you honestly how long before we roll.
Can I call at 3 a.m.?

What if the repair cannot be done roadside?
We tell you before we leave, not after. If it needs a shop, we'll tell you, so you can call a wrecker instead of paying for a trip out.
Do you sell diesel or red diesel?
No — RDZ doesn't sell or deliver fuel of any kind, including red (off-road) diesel. We're mobile diesel mechanics who repair trucks and trailers where they sit.
