What we collect
When you send a service request on this site: your name, phone number, company, unit number, location or mile marker (or your GPS location, only if you tap “Use my location”), how urgent it is, and what the truck is doing.
When you call, text or WhatsApp us: whatever you tell us about the job.
On your device: only your language choice (English or Spanish), so the site remembers it. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics (no cookies) and Google Analytics, which uses first-party cookies to tell visits apart and shows us things like which pages are read and how often people tap Call or WhatsApp. We don't use advertising cookies. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on.
Why we use it
To dispatch help, contact you about your request, invoice the job and keep our job records. We do not send marketing messages.
Who else handles it
Google Analytics measures how the site is used. The services that carry your message to us: our form-delivery service and email provider, or WhatsApp (Meta) or your phone carrier if you use those. Google Fonts serves the site's lettering and sees your IP address. Your bank and Zelle handle any Zelle payment. We do not sell your information or share it for advertising.
Payments
We never store card numbers. We will never text, WhatsApp or email you asking for a card number, a fleet-check code, or a Zelle payment to any number other than (956) 560-5130.
How long we keep it
Service requests and invoices are kept as long as we need them for the job, taxes and our records, then deleted.
Your choices
Call (956) 560-5130 to ask what we have about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. Reply STOP to any text from us and we won't text you again.
Changes
If we add other analytics or anything else that collects information, we will update this page and its date first.
